The minimum fee is ₦800, charged on any deal between ₦1,000 and ₦24,999.
What is the maximum SafeHold fee?
SafeHold fees are capped at ₦150,000, no matter how large the deal is.
Are SafeHold fees refundable?
Fees are non-refundable once a deal is funded, except where SafeHold is at fault — for example if a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favour due to a platform error.
When is the SafeHold fee charged?
The fee is calculated and charged the moment the buyer funds the deal, not when the deal is created or completed.
